Doctors please reply! I am consuming soy protein powders and I am getting a lot of acne on face and body I think maybe due to production of over androgen and estrogen! Please suggest how much soy protein a day is safe and how should I now lower my estrogen levels!

Hi lybrate-user, why are you having soy protein? Please stop it if you are getting acne after having started taking it. Soy protein may not suit everyone. For protein, include the following foods in your daily diet: Milk (1 lt), paneer / cheese, dals, chole, chana, rajma, eggs, fish, chicken. Have a healthy diet with fresh fruits, salads and green vegetables in your meals. Drink 10 -12 glasses of water daily to cleanse your system and avoid acne.
