Hi, Based upon your complaints, your child may suffering from iron & vitamin D deficiency. To confirm you can do blood investigations like Hb, Peripheral smear & vitamin D level. Mean while you can give green leafy vegetables, dates, liver & meat. You can give iron syrup, SYP. TRIFER (50 mg/5 ml) 5 ml once in a day for 3 months. Don't give milk along with iron syrup. Have a gap of 1 to 2 hrs between milk intake & iron syrup. Don't give tea / coffee. If he is also having vitamin D deficiency, your child has to get appropriate treatment. If he is not having any swelling around the joint / rashes over the leg, nothing to worry right now. Encourage him in a physical activity in the day light for atleast 30 min to 1 hr (child's convenient time). Hope you understood.
