My mom is 55 years old and recently she was diagnosed with dengue with high SGPT. It has almost been a week and now fever is in control but after the tests yesterday, her SGPT is still very high. She has been taking rest and eating light food and fruits and juices. She also has diabetes. I would really appreciate if you can help me get the best diet or any other home remedy that can help recover her from liver infection (high SGPT).

Give her Liv on 500 mg tablet 1 tablet 30minuties before lunch end dinner after 4th day give 2 tablet (if suites her) befor lunch end dinner for 15 days than test again whats result inform me. Dr. Tare.

Sir, You will have to give, high protein diet. also lot of fruits and vegetables. dry fruits. Her Diabetes should be controlled. You can give tab.Tefroliv forte 1tab.3 times per day for 2 weeks Later repeat complete LFT with prothrombin time. Get back to me for any clarification
