One of my teeth damaged. I want to put cap for that. Please suggest. Diabetic and 50 years old. Also I have plague problem. Cleaning also needed.

Good evening sir. I would like to know what was the cause of the damage. Depending upon tat treatment may vary. Oral prophylaxis can be administered to treat plaque. If at al your teeth has plural involvement, rct (root canal treatment) is required. Else just a crown or filling (depending upon the size of the damage) can be given.

Capping is just making a strong protection cover to your weak and damaged tooth, and if the tooth is sound and strong enough to bear a cap over it, then this is best for the tooth.
