However, try avoiding tea, coffee, carbonated soft drinks, dairy products like chocolates, alcohol, greasy, sugary and other high calorie food stuff including fast foods etc all. Stay well hydrated and have at least 8 - 10 glasses of clear fluids through out the day. Hope this clarifies. Do take care and all the very best. Sincerely

Hi, fibroadenoma of breast are very common. They are non cancerous and don't develop cancer. so don't worry. there is no dietary restrictions. you can eat anything you want. Regards Sahil
