I am on panic disorder tab XET CR 25 since 6 year. Feeling fear during bath wen door closed. uneasiness.my sex is quik discharge due to tablet. Also I am not diabetic but sugar lever always pp 145 n fbs 119 wen checked. Also feeling hunger in evening n like to eat sweet .pls advice.

The maximum degree of symptoms occurs within minutes. There may be ongoing worries about having further attacks and avoidance of places where attacks have occurred in the past. Ejaculation is the discharge of semen (normally containing sperm) from the male reproductive tract, usually accompanied by orgasm. It is the final stage and natural objective of male sexual stimulation, and an essential component of natural conception. In rare cases, ejaculation occurs because of prostatic disease. Ejaculation may also occur spontaneously during sleep (a nocturnal emission or "wet dream"). Anejaculation is the condition of being unable to ejaculate. Dysejaculation is an ejaculation that is painful or uncomfortable. Having semen discharge during bath is unusually, unless you are self stimulating yourself which is called masturbation and the time of discharge of semen can vary. This is very unlikely to be due to the medication that you are taking. If your FBS is 119, you need to have better control over your diabetes and I believe that you should be taking medications as suggested by your endocrinologist. Dear lybrate-user, Your panic Disorder is not fully under control with Xet CR 25. Please consult your doctor for increase of XET or change of drug or add another drug and/or talk therapy. Your symptoms are mainly due to panic, not due to tablet. You may not be a diabetic so long. With your hunger and sugar level it looks as though you are a potential diabetic. Please consult your physician about it and get further checks done now itself so that you can control your sugar level with diet and exercise only.
