I am trying to lose weight. I initially want to do some blood test to know the numbers. I have been asked to do cholesterol, triglyceride and blood glucose test. Is there any other tests to go for or this 3 are enough.

DO REGULAR BRISK WALK AND CYCLING. TAKE LUKE WARM WATER BEFORE AND AFTER DINNER . TAKE HIGH FIBER DIET WILL HELP TO REDUCE WEIGHT . TAKE PLENTY OF FRUITS. TAKE PLENTY OF WATER . AVOID SUGARS, EXTRA SALT, SWEETS, JUICES,MAIDA PRODUCTS.
