I have problem in taking breathing. My heart is beating very fast ,even on walking I get tired.

Dear Lybrateuaer, - Your symptoms appear to be due to anxiety at your age - do regular exercises like brisk walking, jogging, swimming, cycling for 20-30 min, also regularly do yoga, deep breathing, meditation which calms & relaxes the body for 10-15 min daily in the morning - sleep well for 7-8 hrs at night, keep your sleep & wake up time fixed - if not much improvement then check blood hb%, thyroid hormone levels ECG to rule out any other problem.
