Well many factors can distract a human mind like stress, Environmental factors, diet, poor sleep, staying alone and using smoking/alcohol. My advice to you is first keep you always engaged. Be with family and friends, maintain a regular sleep schedule and avoid smoking /alcohol if any. You Can also use zen technique, to meditate like counting your breath for a minute or so when ever you are distracted. Be relaxed stay healthy.
