My father aged 50 has low thyroid level that is tsh is 0.26 very high alkaline phosphate is 173.52 low blood urea nitrogen is 4.99 low bun by sr creatinine ratio is 7.68 and low creatinine is 0.65 what does this report represent and rest of all result are within normal range is it symptoms of any disease tell me medicines for him.

Please get his serum calcium, phosphorus and 25-hydroxy-vitamin-D levels tested. He has a very strong likelihood of having vitamin-D deficiency. Once we confirm it, it has to be treated. Rest all OK. Do not worry.
