Help am on diet for weight loss. My current diet is like egg omelette or kanda poha for breakfast then for lunch - 4/5 wheat chapati wid any sabji or chicken gravt. For evening snacks cucumber and tomato salad wid some dry fruits and for dinner I eat muesli. Is this good diet? Or should I change it? Plss suggest me.

Share weight and height information. Also what exercise you do. Thyroid function test ,lipid profile ,PPBS, CBC,Vitamin D reports. For morning omelette using egg whites .You can use 2/3 egg white. Dinner: muesli is not a good option. A bowl of sabzi and 1 whole wheat+Chia chapati would be better.
