What should I do to improve my dental health, I am 35 and most of my grinding teeth are really messed up, one got totally decayed by cavities. I brush with the best quality toothpaste and am a teetotaller.

Hello, get a consult from a dentist, if there is any cavity get it filled. To improve your dental health get your scaling and polishing done from a dentist every 6 months. Brush twice regularly following proper brushing technique. Floss regularly. Rinse after every meal.
