Full dental implant has probably 5 screws in upper jaw and at least 3 screws for lower jaw this is not a major surgery but a surgery if you are diabetic patient you need to bring the diabetes Glucose level under control and bring an NOC from your physician for the surgery. Success rate is veriable, from bad to quite good and can sustain for almost 15/20 years also. It varies from case to case.
