Right now I read the article on Lybrate only by nutritionist that curd help to lose belly fat and and improve digestion but you need to take one cup a daily. But my body doesn't suit curd I can eat but one's in 3 or 4 days. If I consume daily i'll be ill is there any other solution? To improve digestion and lose belly fat.

Only sure shot way of loosing the weight is to consume less calories and calories and spend more calories and it is only scientific way to loose weight. Curd / yoghurt is good for digestion as they are source of good bacteria which help in keeping our gut healthy but it is not known to cause loss of weight by any means.
