I'm feeling tennis elbow pain around my right elbow and lower biceps while playing badminton. How to get rid of it completely?

Hi. First give rest to your elbow for few days as repeated use will increase your inflammation. Do ice massage 2 to 3 times daily for 8 to 10 mins. Use tennis elbow band or support. Visit physiotherapy center for Ultrasonic treatment. TC.
