I have dual disc slip in l4-l5, l5-s1. Can somebody help me that will I be able to work again as a sportsman or not?

Please tell me : Intensity of low back pain, any radiation of pain to legs and any associated neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness in legs and paresthesias like electrical shock like sensations etc in legs?
