Hi All fruits and vegetables are good for skin and hair. But few are too high in sugar content likes grapes ,pine apple, carrot ,etc. So how much should be they consumed per serving and n how many times a day can they be consumed.

mentioned fruits by you they are citrus fruits containg vit.c actually very good for skin & body.remaining fruits which are sweeter(mango,chikoo,pappya,bannana..) are also very good forskin & overall health.if you dont have any sugar related problem you can have them without restriction.All fruits containing natural sugar & they are less harmful than artificial sugar we consume in tea,coffee,soft drinks,cakes & indian traditional sweets.
