Not diets but certain foods r rich in vitamin c, like citrus fruits- oranges, lemon guava mango pineapple red bell peppers (red capsicum) amla papaya tomatoes.

Hello, Vitamin C is abundantly available in the natural sources like citrus fruits,green leafy vegetables,bell peppers,fruits etc.There is no specific diet for vitamin c .
