I have an extra bone on side of foot but its not paining .can I surgically remove it and do all athletic games.

Its important to find out the reason for bone growth. If its by birth then it can be surgically removed but if it has happened due to unequal loading of ankle then bone growth will happen again aftr surgery. Get a physio to check your walking pattern and any foot deformities.
