I recently underwent a routine blood test in which I found my Sgot level was 73 and sgpt level as 108. My cholesterol is also slightly high at 231. I am a moderate drinker. And have no such complications related to liver. Pls suggest the seriousness of condition.

Your drinking is impacting your liver as shown by the SGOT/SGPT levels, cholesterol is secondary to this. Please consult a gastroenterologist for a baseline evaluation and for your own health and safety either quit smoking or atleast drink as per specified limit.
