I am a badminton player and I recently got pain in my groin muscle during one of my session. I have done icing and also taken ibuprofen but pain is not decreasing. What should I do?

You can do hotwater fermentation which will definitely help you to feel better. Stretch both your hips ie. You can sit on the floor and stretch both the legs which will help you to feel better after the self stretch.
