I am very ugly. I exercise daily and eat in moderation, no thyroid, BP, sugar, or any other condition. Still I am unable to lose weight. My Vit d levels are 12 and B12 is 180. I met with an accident in 2012 and broke many bones. Weight gain started after that. Before that I was okay.

lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. I have gone through the details written. I understand your concern. As you have mentioned you exercise daily, then it should be possible for you to loose weight. You should aim at loosing about 2 kgs per month. That is possible if you reduce caloric intake on daily basis. Your ideal body weight has to be 60 kgs. Hence your food intake has to be based on that weight. Hence total calories per day should be 60 kgs X 20 cals = 1200 calories. In fact about 1000 calories per day should be the intake. Plus you will have to do workout for at least 1 hour, depending upon, which one you are capable of doing. Aim for loosing 1/2 kg per week. If you feel hungry take green leafy vegetables and fruits like orange or apple. Avoid all fatty foods, bakery items, foods made of maida, deep fried foods, colas, and alcohol or wine. Walk for at least 45 minutes to 1 hour. Also do strength training. This should help. Thanks.
