I want to gain weight because I look very skin. I eat everything to gain some weight but all waste please give me suggestion.

Increase the intake of proteins in your diet like soybeans, paneer,sprouts,eggs.Also increase the intake of butter,cheese,ghee and sweets.Eat meals every 3-4 hrs.Do regular exercise life brisk walking for 45 mins or jogging and weight training exercises.
