Your cholesterol levels are on though within normal limits, they are still on borderline, hence you should ensure that they donot increase further by maintaining a healthy diet and lifestyle. Ensure that you do 40 mins of daily exercise like brisk walking, swimming, yoga, badminton etc, quit smoking and drinking and consult a dietitian for a healthy heart diet.
