Got a Health check up done. Results came as: Alkaline phosphatase: 107,GGT: 40.9, Vit D: 9.64, hdl 34 and ldl 79, fasting blood sugar 114. I feel low every time, fatigue and sometimes headache badly. Kindly, suggest accordingly. Thanks.

Sorry to learn that you are feeling low and fatigues and have a headache sometimes. The investigations done by you are normal except for low levels of vitamin D and elevated blood sugar levels. You can correct that by taking vitamin D supplements after consultation. Your blood sugar fasting is on the higher side. You need to reduce your weight too I hope you are not anxious or depressed as these too can make you feel low A headache that is frequent is usually related to tension or a migraine headache take care.
