I was metoprolol succinate in the morning and NovastatTG (cholesterol reducing medicine) after dinner. Now doctor has advised me to take metoprolol succinate twice daily i. E morning n night. Is it safe to take metoprolol succinate along with NovastatTG after dinner.

Yes it is a safe combination. Night metoprolol may affect sleep. Your lipid medicine is probably excessive, suggest you post the exact lipid levels for further opinion.
