M suffering from extreme behavioural issues there is consistency for my thoughts I get annoyed very fast with my self & others as well Anger is d issue no stability in thoughts behaviour etc what is d issue I am fed of my self.

lybrate-user, you are a person of overthinking but it's not always bad. You need to LOVE YOURSELF FIRST. You are the best person to understand yourself. 1) make a list of things that you are best at. 2) the moment you get angry, you breathe in deeply. Sit down or move away from the place where your anger level is getting higher. 3) think of positives of your past life that how wonderfully you have handled life situations n past. 4) your strengths need to be repeated loudly by you. 5) you need to stop judging yourself. Stop browsing through net .a lot about your behavior. 6) start meditation .do PMR, mindfulness exercise 7) start writing down your grudges that you have against others. And think that you have spoken to them. TAKE CARE! APPLY THEM. In case anything. Still goes on. Then go for audio session.
