I have done the LIPID PROFILE TEST, CHOLESTEROL --> 202 TRIGLYCERIDE.---> 337 HDL cholesterol ---> 53 LDL CHOLESTEROL.---> 82 VLDL ---> 67 TSH --> 2.9 I AM TAKING NOW THYRONORM 62.5 MG. I am a Non -Smoker, Non Alcoholic, having a Thyroid (Hypothyroidism) from last 3 years currently taking Thyroid 62.5,so what changes required in lifestyle to bring the lipid profile in normal range. Also is there any medicines required? Do I required to decrease the dose of a Thyronorm?
