Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Best is to fresh food made at home. This should contain roti, chapati, dal, vegetables, salads, lot of green leafy vegetables and fruits. One should avoid bakery items, pastries, junk foods, foods made from maida. Avoid colas and burgers. Avoid deep fried foods. Foods like idlis, dosa, parathas, (with less oil) are good. Use of salt in making various items should be less. Avoid all kinds of sugary drinks. Take more of milk products, curd & butter milk. For additional proteins eggs are a good source. For vegetarians soy beans are good. There are plenty of choices. Thanks.
