Hello Lybrate user, no periodontitis cannot be cured with antibiotics. You have to get a treatment done.

You need to go for cleaning n if required any other procedures. Only medicine will not take care of the problem. It might decrease but not solve the problem.

There are no such medicines that can alone cure periodontitis, you have to get a deep scaling and curettage done.

You can apply gum paint and massage your gums with .so as to see .if you are getting relief if not the kindly visit dentist for the same.
