Hello doctors, I want some information about mangoes and soft drinks. Today I take thumbs up and after 1 hour of drinking thumbs up I eat mango. Is dangerous for me Because I saw some news about it I really scared please help me out. Thanks doctor.

Mangoes are in season and you should eat them as they are powerhouse of nutrients. Any soft drinks available in market are loaded with sugar. Excess sugar intake through one drink can put pressure on liver. These anyway are of no help. Try drinking nimbu pain, aam panna, chaas or coconut water to quench your summer thirst.
