Age 54 years and weight 79 kg. Height 162 cms. 3 years back I got menopause. I have hypothyroidism for the past 8-9 years and I am taking Thyronorm 50 mcg. I last checked my thyroid levels 4 months back. I am doing brisk walking for 1 hour daily. I am a housewife doing moderate housework daily. The problem I have is bulged stomach i.e, Fat belly. What is the reason for this? Last year only I did my master health check up and everything is normal. Please advise the reason for my fat belly and how to overcome this?
