I am 21 years old female, 5'4.5" feet tall and weighted 47 kgs. I want to gain weight and have a good physique. I want to share my routine. I mostly skip my breakfast. Due to sleeping late at nights and then getting up late. I have to manage studies so that's why I need to study at late nights. Then I eat take my lunch at around 3: 30 pm.Mostly two chapatis with any vegetable or pulses. I am vegetarian. I take my dinner at around 9: 30 and before that I eat full plate apple. I have been drinking milk twice a day since I was 8 years old. But I see no difference. Recently, I got my Hb checked and got thyroid test also. Thyroid test was normal but doctor misplaced my Hb report. But before six months I got my Hb checked and it was 7.5 and was too worried. I remain stressed most of the times. No matter how much I try to avoid stress. I end up stressing myself more. I have college from 8: 00 am to 5: 30 pm so in that duration too, Sometimes I skip my meals. I cannot cope up with my health. I feel quite a weakness sometimes. I don't do exercise regularly but occasionally at weekends. Due to lack of time I am not able to manage my health. My face has become very slim. And have developed dark circles too. I don't have my periods on time. There is always a delay in that. I have hair fall too. My immune system is not very strong. I am prone to cold as well as headaches. Our family Doctor suggested to eat protein but I don't know how to take it in proper amount. Or I don't know what diet to follow. So I look forward to know the proper diet and any protein to take and improve my health and gain some weight as it is really important for me now.
