Sir, My total cholesterol level is 200, hdl 34, ldl 139, triglyceride is 273 and I have sgpt 69.2, sgot 38.4 My age is 24 and I don't drink. I had an operation for testicular torsion 3 months back. Can I take Mactor F (Atorvastatin and Fenofibrate) tablets to reduce my cholesterol and is my sgpt levels high.

Avoid medicines. These can worsen liver enzymes. Cholesterol 150-310 are ok. It is best to reduce triglycerides by diet. Medicine is poor option, to be avoided. Best wishes.
