I'm male 63 years. Two months back I had high cholesterol TC was 242, LDL 168 & HDL 53. I was prescribed Ava's 10. One tablet daily. Today 1/10/2018 I checked lipid profile and found Total cholesterol 168, HDL 60& LDL 85. I walk 4 km daily & balanced diet. Should I stop Ava's 10? Shot is 17, shot 27& trigel 75.

TC below 300 is healthy. Ava 10 is required after blockages, not before. So it should be stopped. Avoid measuring lipids, it is popular but not helpful.
