Having diabetes n hypothyroid n pcos but diabetes n thyroid are in control. Doctor gave me olisat 120 MG tablet. So that it can help me in loosing weight. Am taking proper home made food. Can I take this tablet in lunch n dinner daily. N also can I take multivitamin n minerals n lunch table daily as I heard that olisat causes vitamin n mineral deficiency.

Its better to do regular exercises, brisk walking, proper balanced diet from a dieticisn instead of taking antiobesity medicines
