Im over weight can you suggest me how to lose my weight. I hate my huge body. I want to eat healthy but I can not.

Bed tea- methidana or jeera water Breakfast-. 1 bowl any steam cooked cereal+250 ml toned milk+5 almonds Mid-day: Lemon Water Lunch: 2 multigrain Chapati+ seasonal vg+ curd+ salad Evening tea: 1 cup green tea+ 1 handful of murmura or roasted chana Dinner- As same as lunch only replace Chapati with Dalia or kichri and replace curd with dal Bedtime- 1 cup toned milk For more please contact me on my private chat window.
