I�am�an�18�year�old�female.�I�have�been�experiencing�increasingly� frequent�episodes�of�involuntary�muscle�jerking�for�the�past�few� months.�They�are�often brought on by strong feelings of excitement or nervousness,�but�sometimes�seem�to�occur�randomly.�Before�these� episodes of muscle jerking,�I�always�experience�a�tingling feeling in my spine.
