My son 9 years old fell down in a movie theater and crashed into floor and lost one his permanent front teeth in his upper jaw. His first aid was administered at a nearby and was referred to a dentist nearby for dental help where while taking the x ray his other adjcant front tooth also feel down and was said it could not be reinserted. Right now we have put some plastic teeth and glued to his adjoining teeth which are also not stable. I would like to the following 1. Is there any option for implant or transplant 2. Short term and long term consequences of not having his front permanent teeth.

Yes there is an option for implant .. but after all his permanent teeth come out .. may be by the age of 16 to 18 you can decide for implant s .. in that region ..by that time the arches will also grow ... And his other teeth will take its position .. as well .. meanwhile ...
