I am 45 years old male and taking taking Metoprolol 25 XL in the morning since three years for increased heart rate and anxiety, can I take Cap Revital with Metoprolol 25 XL.

Metoprolol will only treat the autonomic (i.e. Heart rate and BP symptoms) of anxiety not the cognitive symptoms (those related with mind like anxious mood, feeling apprehensive, fear, etc) they are treated by medications by psychiatrists, which may even make your metoprolol dose less or not required at all, so kindly consult a psychiatrist as anxiety disorder is a primary psychiatric disorder.
