Hi, i'm from india (tamil nadu). Last year I had an injury in my right shoulder while playing cricket, and I consulted doctor and he told me to take mri scanning. The scan identified, 1) mild supraspinatus tendinopathy changes with subtle partial thickness tear towards bursal surface. 2) prominent fluid noted in subacromial and subdeltoid region. 3) focal subchondral edema noted in the posterolateral aspect of humeral head, suggestive of hill sachs lesion. Ever since my pain remained same as I was felt during that day, no medicine helped me. I'm in despair because i'm not able to play my sport. So please reply me with valid information and treatments that I must undergo.

start physiotherapy asap along with avoid doing hyperabduction and lateral rotation movements at the same time. Try to keep ice packs application twice daily along with hot oil application and take regular sunlight exposure for half an hour would help
