My waist was approximately 37 inch before one year now it is reducing by 34 inch I have some high b p problem before one year then I went to cardiologist for my check up Dr. advised me for some tab like ramitorva and etizola plus now I am quite ok from one year I am taking only sarson oil, sandha namak, brown rice, cow milk, cow milk desi ghee just one tea spoon a day and continuously doing my yoga like alom vilom, vajar aasan, sheetli aasan, shav aasan. I want to say that my weight loosing due to changing my life style ya taking my tab ramitorva and etizola plus please tell me before one year my weight was 83 kg now my weight is 73 kg.
