I 32 year female and mother of 2 children. It's been 1 year complete I have delivered. I am struggling with thyroid fluctuations and it's correct dosage. My weight is 67 kg and currently on 75 mg dose of levothyroxine. My latest blood test shows tsh level of 2.261 and ft4 being 1.61 (near to upper level of normal range). What I should do now? I was diagnosed with autoimmune thyroiditis during my first pregnancy.

Your level is fairly normal as shown by the tsh and isolated t4 level need not cause concern. You can recheck after 2 weeks and can increase the dose to 100 mg if needed.
