I have myopia with -6 power on both eyes. From past 1 year, squint occurs when focusing far objects. This squint occurs in the eye from which I do not focus & if switched focus to other eye, then other eye squints. But not both at a time. Doctor after check-up suggested to go for refractive surgery, i.e lasik or icl first & later on with squint surgery. Are both surgeries required? Or any other treatment is available for the cure?
