Hello, thanks for the query. Madam only requirement is to take levothyroxine on empty stomach in the early morning, then nothing to be taken for 1 hour. Later you can take medicine that you need to take. In india all the drugs marketed are basically generic only. But because those have been there for quite long time (branded generics), then the recently marketed as generics are much economical because brand names are not used for selling. That is the only difference. Thanks.
