For the last 6 years. Blood reports are normal. (lipid profile) had echo test in last review check up @ lourdh hospital cochin. Stopped oil, red meats, once in a week fish, diet controlled. Walking almost 5 days in a week around 6 km. In the evening. My body weight not coming down. Hv 90-91 kgs. At the time of angioplasty my wt. Was 100. please advice to reduce body wt.?
