I have been working very hard and brought down my weight from 89 kg to 78 kg. Stopped smoking for last 5 months. My pulse rate used to stay elevated near 85-90 bpm range. Exercise regimen everyday: I brisk walk 6 km in 1 hour cycle for 10 km now my pulse rate comes down to 60 bpm even while I am sitting idle. Spo2 is 98%. Should I worry about the low pulse rate? Age: 46, male. Present medication: telmisartan 40 mg once daily.

No. Nothing to worry at all as this is your body's normal response to exercise. Continue with the exercise schedule, never smoke again, keep your blood pressure under control, take salt and fat restricted diet and hopefully you will be able to live a very healthy life.
