I feel heaviness in the upper abdomen. I feel this all the time. Since one week. My weight is also increasing even more f I eat less food. My thyroid. Tsh is 6. I am taking 137.5 mcg thyronorm. Please advice.

Hello, Thanks for the query. Madam I have seen the details given. At your age TSH level is fine with the current Levothyroxine dosage. As regards feeling full or heaviness in upper abdomen, it is quite possible because being obese. With a BMI of 31.22 kgs/Sq meter(Normal < 23 kgs/Sq meter) you have an excess of over 22 kgs weight. This is the major culprit for various issues. You will have t take a restricted diet, plus walk for over 1 hour a day( morning & evening 30 minutes each), That will help in overcoming the current problem. Thanks.
