I am 30 years old married woman. I am 72-74 kg (obesity) as height is 5.6' and I badly want to reduce my weight and tummy. I never checked for pcod or related to it as I have regular periods with cycle of 25 to 30 days. But during my periods I have bad stomach pain, have to go to washroom frequently, sometimes vomiting, back and legs pain too .doctors told me that it's quite normal and gave 1 month of vitamin tablet and meftal spas. After a month of taking medicines there's no change in my pain .so on every month I have to take at least 3-4 meftal spas to reduce my pain. We are not even planning for parenthood. Please guide me.

Obesity is also one of the reason for these types of issues I would suggest you to reduce your weight..you should follow healthy diet...eat food in calories deficit balancing your macros and micros, cut your sugar intake,avoid fried food,avoid refined food add whole grain food to your diet,add beans,legumes, more of fruits and green vegetables to your diet,replace white rice to brown rice, drink detox water,increase your water intake..I am sure these changes will help you

Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9.
