Hello doctor. I am seeking consultation for my cousin .as per the present report he has high triglycerides (348 mg/dl, total cholesterol (274 mg/dl, ldl (155. 4 mg/dl, chol: hdl ratio (5.59),vldl cholesterol (69. 6 mg/dl), 6 month before report said risk factor of coronary heart disease. Can you please help me out the necessary treatment for the above said factors and where I should approach for treatment (that means any referrals) and is there any medicine needed as such? Thank you.

Have to do regular exercise or yoga or walking, have to control your diet, avoid fatty foods, with this she need treatment, either you can go for allopathic treatment or you can go for homoeopathic treatment both are effective.

Hi jaydeep , can I know what is the blood sugar of your cousin ? does he have diabetes ? If so he needs to be treated for both. He has high TGL which is bad for heart as you rightly said. Considering his weight he needs treatment inform of both weight reduction and some tablets for Lipid control. If ok you can consult me in private .
